Cape Fear Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is dedicated to improving the lives of children with Autism and other Developmental Disabilities by providing personalized in-home evidence based services to children and families in Eastern North Carolina. Cape Fear ABA believes that every child is unique. Because of this, each child's ABA program is developed and conducted in a way that is tailored to their individual strengths and needs. Our methods are based upon the principles of learning with a concentration on Verbal Behavior Methodology. These teaching and behavior programs have been evaluated through years of research and have been documented as effective treatments for children with Autism and other Developmental Disabilities. We are committed to maintaining current knowledge in the fields of Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis, and participate in many Continuing Education opportunities throughout the year. We work diligently to create optimal learning environments in which the child is engaged, motivated and enthusiastic about learning. We work collaboratively with parents and other services providers and encourage open communication to ensure we are doing all we can to facilitate each child's growth and potential.
