Capensis Diving School was born from the passion of Danél & Jesse. We seek to share our knowledge of the ocean and the experiences we've have had with it. Giving everyone a key to experience the underwater world for themselves and unlock the heart of the ocean from within.We provide more affordable diving courses so that everyone may have the opportunity to experience the underwater world for themselves. We teach all our students about the marine life they have seen and the intricate balance between humans and the ocean. By providing this knowledge and ocean experience, we know it can have a profound effect on someone's life. They may fall in love and when they do, they will protect the things they love. We strive to foster ocean conservationists and advocates that want to explore and share the ocean with the world. We have designed and directed two Underwater Photography courses so that more people can have the tools to share their ocean stories and spread the importance of the ocean. Our Beginners Guide to Underwater Photography is an affordable course designed for all ages. The knowledge development is completed online with instructional videos and quizzes, with a platform for interaction between students and instructors. The practical takes place in a tidal pool which opens up the opportunity for learning to everyone including scuba divers, free divers, snorkellers, citizen scientists and marine exporers. We also offer Discover Scuba Diving Experience, PADI Open Water course, Advanced Open Water, Scuba Refresher and EFR First Aid courses with Care for Children and AED use.
