Oceanus Scuba was founded in 2014, by Michael Reed and Johan Charlier, both PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainers & Registered Tour Guides. Mike started diving in the Cape in 2012 and has since logged hundreds of dives in its waters. His passion is teaching divers and showing what the Cape has to offer. Johan .....The team pride themselves on their extensive experience and knowledge of scuba diving in Cape Town and the surrounding waters.As Jacques Cousteau said: " When one man, for whatever reason, has the opportunity to lead an extraordinary life, he has no right to keep it to himself."
