Capital City Opera brings passionate, raw, classic concert Opera to the Ottawa and surrounding areas. We focus on two areas: to engage new audiences with vibrant and innovative educational methods showing that Opera is accessible to everyone, and to showcase young Canadian Opera talent both on stage and in their personal promotions. We are genuinely motivated to by a sizzling love of arts and culture and the potential of Canadian talent therein. Capital City Opera is differentiated from our peers by being small and agile - we produce true-to-form concert opera with no sets. We are made of a strong executive team possessing unique proven skill sets.
