CARE stands for Cherished Albums Restoration Effort. Our mission is simple: to offer FREE digital restoration services for individuals and families with photos damaged by October 2012's devastating hurricane. Visit to volunteer your intermediate to advanced Photoshop skills, or to connect Sandy victims you might know with retouching experts from around the globe. Hundreds from 36 countries have volunteered since CARE's 11/10/12 inception. Thousands of photographs will be receiving CARE for Sandy's assistance.
