The Cattaraugus County Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) assists businesses in our 15 county service area in western and central southern tier of New York State with selling and marketing their products and/or services to the government. Our services are free of charge and include an assessment of government contracting readiness, assistance with obtaining business requirements like a DUNS number and registration in System for Award Management (SAM), as well as the technical assistance in determining the appropriate government agency to market your products and/ or services to. We can also assist businesses with their applications for qualifying certifications like the SBA's HUBZone and 8(a) programs in addition to NYS's SDVOSB and MWBE programs.
