Services:Utilizing an "M&E Tier-Assessment," we assess organization's current monitoring and evaluation (M&E) protocols and strategies relative to organizational needs, capacity, funding structure, and budget constraints, and work with clients to formulate multi-year M&E strategies and protocols, with recommendations for growth and scalability.We're experts at designing and implementing M&E activities and tools including the formulation and operationalization of metrics, goals, and outcomes, Theory of Change and their respective outcomes and evidence frameworks, as well as easy-to-use internal and external dashboards. Program and process evaluations are conducted via robust evaluation designs (including developmental, exploratory and confirmatory) that utilize survey, interview, focus group, and observation protocols, case studies, and other mixed method approaches that hinge on innovative and thoughtful implementation practices like appreciative inquiry, rapid-cycle testing and human-centered design.Skilled in both quantitative and qualitative research, including predictive analytics and content analysis, we design and implement experimental and quasi-experimental studies to test and examine impact and efficacy, and demonstrate results that will inform, enlighten and inspire.
