Program and process evaluations are conducted via robust evaluation designs (including developmental, exploratory and confirmatory) that utilize survey, interview, focus group, and observation protocols, case studies, and other mixed method approaches that hinge on innovative and thoughtful implementation practices like appreciative inquiry, rapid-cycle testing and human-centered design.Skilled in both quantitative and qualitative research, including predictive analytics and content analysis, we design and implement experimental and quasi-experimental studies to test and examine impact and efficacy, and demonstrate results that will inform, enlighten and inspire.
