The Center for Community Excellence, Inc. is a nonprofit, but market-oriented-mission-centered, development and networked organization. As a networked organization, independent professionals, groups / enterprises and institutions (independent nodes) are linked by contracts across boundaries as needed using cloud-based technologies. As a development organization, the independent nodes are engaged to collaboratively service Strategic Developmental Scholarship (SDS) for Africa's Sustainable Development through university-committed Civil Society-Private-Public Partnership. SDS is a unique form and process of education, training, research, and service directed at individual, organizational and institutional capacity building, mapping and utilizing constrained only by indigenous and fundamental capacity-precursors. Our three synergistic core lines of social enterprise are: 1) Sectoral Transformational Service-Learning; 2) Organizational Development and Health; and 3) Development-Projects Portfolio Engineering and Management. The categories of our mission that direct our social enterprise's activities are human needs, such as education, electricity, water, etc.
