CFIT is a fun, positive, affordable group fitness studio open to ALL levels! If you love the group class atmosphere where you are both, challenged and inspired, then CFIT is the place for you! Never danced before? No problem! No dance experience necessary! All you need is a willingness to try new things, push yourself to new levels, and sweat more than you ever thought you could. Come join us in some of the most fun, intense, most satisfying workouts you will ever experience. We are Carly Mayo Deichman and Victoria Guiteras Mayo who were born and raised in Springfield, Pa [Delco!]. We're sisters! The only difference between us, you'll find, is our hair color. Through our love of dance we found our love of fitness, which is how CFIT began. We both lived, danced, and taught fitness classes in Manhattan, NYC for years. We are here now, to give you the most fun and entertaining workout of your life!Welcome to CFIT!
