We are Carly Mayo Deichman and Victoria Guiteras Mayo who were born and raised in Springfield, Pa [Delco!]. We're sisters! The only difference between us, you'll find, is our hair color. Through our love of dance we found our love of fitness, which is how CFIT began. We both lived, danced, and taught fitness classes in Manhattan, NYC for years.
