MISSION: Our mission is to provide EDUCATION, MENTORSHIP, and RESOURCES to individuals exiting the correctional system for the purpose of helping them transition to become productive members of their community.We do this by connecting clients with employment opportunities, mentors and network groups.PURPOSE: Our purpose is to change the paradigm of fear between a person who has done something wrong and the community they wronged into a paradigm of acceptance because it is the right thing to do.Our purpose is to assist in the transition of one who was once a liability to become an asset and productive member in the community.VISION: Our vision is a world where one's past does not define their future but allows for teachable moments and where community becomes a resource for all people to be of value and importance.
