This 90 minute class is dedicated to just this and encompasses all of the many important factors enabling you to get SUPER strong and for your lifting to have a long shelf life. We are breeding members to eventually become STRONG octogenarians not broken on the way. This takes a strong commitment to technique, mobility and mindset. The 90 mins enables us to be highly creative and give you the barbell experience of your life*! *May cause muscle soreness plus the need to eat a burger with the crew immediately after!
