The first is its Exchanges, which are the forums that bring members together around five high level topical areas to share their ideas, expertise, and experience. The Exchanges generate the content which CFE programs are then developed and executed. Programs include professional speakers, intimate networking events, informal social, and philanthropic activities. The second component is CFE Committees, which provide the necessary organization and program support to CFE and its member activities. Both successfully come together to create programs and activities critically relevant to CFE's engaged membership base.
