CNG - Center for Nanostructured Graphene - a Danish National Research Foundation Center of Excellence - is all about 2D materials. Our particular interest is how structuring of 2D materials and their environment can generate exciting new behavior of matter. Advanced materials are the fuel of our society, and a goldmine of scientific adventures. The center was inaugurated in 2012, and runs for 10 years. Professor Antti-Pekka Jauho leads this group of experimentalists and theorists from the Nanotech, Photonics and Physics departments at the Technical University of Denmark, as well as from Aalborg University and University of Southern Denmark.
