Endorsing or opposing issues/measures which impact San Francisco neighborhoods.3. Monitor the actions of city and state government and other public agencies that impact San Francisco.4. Take stands on critical public issues that impact the quality of life of San Francisco residents.5. Share information with policy makers and serve as a conduit between neighborhood groups public agencies.
