Cobbie's Sauce is a delicious 60-year-old family recipe passed down from Mary Cobb "Cobbie" Hulse. It is all natural, gluten free, spicy and its distinctive flavor tastes delicious with steak, pork, chicken, fried shrimp, oysters, onion rings and fries. After my husband, Billy, sustained a spinal cord injury in 2009, we decided to professionally bottle Cobbie's Sauce, and share the proceeds with the Shepherd Center. The Shepherd Center, where Billy Hulse was a patient and continues to receive rehabilitation therapy, is the nation's largest nonprofit hospital devoted to research, medical care, rehabilitation and advocacy for people with spinal cord injury and disease, acquired brain injury, Multiple Sclerosis, chronic pain and other neuromuscular problems.
