Creating Opportunities and Developing Excellence for Rwandans (CODER) is a non-profit, student-run organization created and managed by Outreaching Honor Students from Tilburg University. CODER's goal is to contribute to the development of excellence amongst youth in Rwanda through the focus on ICT. One of the main goals this year is to organize a Summer School in which high school students will acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to become ICT-entrepreneurs and thereby members of a continuously growing industry in Rwanda.
