Mission:Create a safe common ground coffeehouse and café with a socially interactive atmosphere, inspiring relational development and outreach opportunities, providing quality products and services, and adding serving servants of Christ to the community in a way that would enhance growth in supporting a caring, unified, protective, and healthy community. Vision:We seek to provide the Mercer Community a common ground coffee house and café where people of all generations would feel comfortable to come in and quench their thirst and fill their soul. We will invest in our community's at-risk youth and adults. We will interactively work with the local school districts, law enforcement agencies, community groups, and area organizations. We seek to provide the Mercer Community with:A comfortable alcohol-free alternative place encouraging social interaction with peers of all ages. By providing the youth and people of all ages a safe alcohol-free place to go and interact with people of their peers, our hope is it will reduce the risk of theft, violence, discourage the use or misuse of drugs and/or alcohol, assist those who are homeless or in need of food, and assist in lowering the risk of suicide due to isolation. A meeting place for book clubs, support groups, faith-based studies, business meetings, craft groups, etc . . . and opportunities for multi-generational relationships.A gathering space for retirees to get out of their homes and socialize.A space for parents to work, socially interact, or relax while waiting for their students.A hub for brochures/information on support services for mental/physical well-being of allFree Wi-Fi for work or study from mobile location.An after-school hangout spot.A spot for mentoring and tutoring studentsA place for caring outreach ministries may grow & be linked to the communityA place where people can go to get a great cup of coffee, tea, or specialty drinks and eats.AND MUCH MORE!
