Community Hospital-Fairfax is a critical access hospital located in Northwest Missouri. We are proud to offer our community acute and skilled care inpatient services, obstetrics, home health, surgery, radiology, laboratory and a full range of therapy services. Our ER is open 24 hours a day and we are one of the few small hospitals in our area to offer obstetrics. Our specialty clinics are an important service to our community.
