The goal of the social network is to provide support to the families involved in the process of construct their houses, and also connect companies interested in offering their products or services. "PROCREAR Bicentenario" is expected to grant 400,000 loans for construction of houses within 4 years (from 2012 to 2016). The mortgage financing program grants up to 650.000 pesos (approx 75.000 US dollars) for the construction of new homes. On January 02, 2014, the government stated that 55.363 families had their houses constructed or in construction due to the program. These families have chosen construction companies, professional individuals, construction materials and electronics, because they are responsible of the money management.
