A small change can make a big difference in someone's lifeWe are a group of women, from different communities. We have always dreamt of occupying a powerful position to influence change in our communities. Comwell First is a non-profit organisation with a goal set to fight for voices that is unheard, unseen and unreached. We are a group of South African women. By stating this, we emphasize that women of South Africa are a unique kind of wonderful; they are strong, beautiful and resilient in their everyday lives. Each of us has shown ground-shaking strength shown throughout our country's history. The strength of a woman is her unconditional love, compassion, kindness and most of all it's unlimited. The genesis of Comwell First, Non-Profit Organisation (NPO), which means Community Wellness First,' is to improve the quality of life of our people and be an effective social change agent of social instability in our communities, by placing Community Wellness First. Comwell First NPO believes in challenging the status quo; we believe in thinking differently about Mental Health Services and Community Orientated Holistic Primary Health Care (COHPHC). Good health and good education for young adults are fundamental factors to South Africa's government's objective, in building a productive and competitive economy. Comwell First is an organisation who draws from our own experience, and firmly believes people are capable of being anything, but our people need help. It is indeed this need that the structured support services we offer; will allow for a successful transition to adulthood and achieves the lifelong health and well-being we all deserve in our communities.
