Connecting Business initiative Details
Connecting Business initiative (CBi) is a demand-driven multi-stakeholder platform transforming the way the private sector collectively engages before, during and after crises. CBi aims to strengthen preparedness efforts, reduce the impact of disasters, support response and early recovery efforts to build the resilience of the private sector and their surrounding communities thus saving lives and livelihoods. CBi brings together companies and private sector networks at national and regional levels to learn from one another and explore potential tools and solutions to adapt in their respective context. CBi also provides support to connect these networks to national and international disaster management structures.
