Nonprofit Organization Management - Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands
The Connective Paths Foundation (CPF) is a multi-donor resource and grant facility established in the Netherlands in 2021. CPF aims to: facilitate the use of development funds for community-led change that increases aid effectiveness, is rooted in listening and learning, and shifts the power and decision-making to the communities in the Global South—through participatory grant-making, organisation development and research. The CPF does not just fund programs or projects, it funds organisations, networks and cooperatives in order to truly co-create solutions for the most important gender and sustainable development priorities identified by and with the local organisations and communities. It provides an alternative to practices that have led to short-term, donor-driven and project-based funding. CPF also promotes trust-based collaborations, centers local expertise, and supports grassroots leadership and innovation for development.
