ConnectSoft was a prominent IT consultancy, software publisher, and early Internet ISP/colo center in the 1990s. M&A exit in 1996. Various divisions were spun off separately, several of which thrived as independent companies. ConnectSoft worked closely with key stakeholders SpaceLabs Medical (now Boston Scientific), United Parcel Service, and MCI telecommunications. The most successful ConnectSoft software products were EMail Connection", "NTerprise Remote App Server", "KidMail", "KidWeb", and "Clip-Art Window Shopper". ConnectSoft also operated a JV in India known as "ConnectSoft Ruksun". ConnectSoft's initial identity was as "Adōnis Corporation". The name was changed at the time of its Series B investment round.
