Lease Restructuring allows the client to remain in the premises while easing the financial burden under new terms. Lease Disposition Programs consider the entire premises underperforming therefore seeking a release of the entire obligation. IFRB 16 Impairment Reviews fulfill new disclosure regulations based on occupancy, use, and potential obsolesce.
