Lease Disposition Programs consider the entire premises underperforming therefore seeking a release of the entire obligation. IFRB 16 Impairment Reviews fulfill new disclosure regulations based on occupancy, use, and potential obsolesce. It gives our clients a review of their leases and a heads-up of their particular performance.Cordatus is not a real estate company nor is associated with one.
