Cornerstone was established in 2013 and is an independent company providing expert operational management solutions to the adult residential and nursing care sectors. Cornerstone has a wealth of experience in all aspects of care and will design bespoke services to fit your individual needs. Cornerstone does not own any care homes therefore we are able to provide you with personal, conflict free solutions and guidance. Our core services include turnaround management solutions, risk assessments, testing existing compliance policies within a home, auditing care plans, designing a full suite of CQC compliant policies and procedures, implementing safeguarding action plans, 'mystery shopper' visits and feedback, and designing and delivering bespoke training programmes for Registered Managers and Care Staff. We specialise in crisis management and have an extensive amount of experience in working with Local Authority Commissioners and their Safeguarding Teams in conjunction with the CQC. We also have significant experience of working with Banks and corporate restructuring advisors to devise and implement business rescue plans. Overall, we adopt a flexible and conflict free approach to all aspects of the work we undertake and provide a tailored solution through innovative practices, systems and services.
