Professional coaching will become globally accessible. To get there, coach training needs to become globally accessible. Personally, my hope is to see coaching as a normative experience for every high schooler and every professional in the world in the next 20 years.To make coaching more accessible, all ACTP Corporate Sponsored Coach Training materials are free and open to the public. Similarly, to make coaching more accessible, our full ACTP year-long program is financially accessible and provides a total of 144 ICF accredited coach training hours focused on preparing coaches for Professional Certified Coach (PCC) standards of performance.We help coaches serve their clients with competency-based, data-driven excellence. Our coach training is Accredited by the International Coach Federation. The ability to coach is not bound by personality or disposition; nor is it taught. Coaching is trained through guided and assessed practice. Coaches should be trained towards Professional Certified Coach standards with an awareness of how they can reach towards Master Certified Coach performance. We believe performing as a professional coach takes practice, feedback and discussion with the traditional educational method of transferring information happening outside of the classroom.
