COSPE operates through different projects aimed at supportingvulnerable and unprivileged groups with a special focus onwomen's associations, youth groups and local developmentorganizations through capacity building, institutional support,educational programs, vocational training, awareness raising.In Egypt, COSPE is mainly tackling the following priority areasof intervention:-Socio-rural development targeting small-medium agro andhandicraft producers;Empowering civil society and independent media to supportbasic essential rights, women's rights and social dialogue;fostering youth employment and job creation;Increasing and improving access to justice for women, witha special emphasis on the most remote and disserved urbanand rural areas;Strengthening the role of culture and cultural diversity asa vector for inclusive growth, social cohesion and sustainablehuman development;Supporting migrants and social inclusion;building environmental awareness, climate change resilienceand encouraging the use of green and renewable energies
