The Northern Ireland Scout Centre, Crawfordsburn (NISCC) is run by the Northern Ireland Scout Council, on a not for profit bases. NISCC was established in 1948 as a scout campsite, today it now boosts a wide range of indoor accommodation and delivers a NISCC a broad range of adventurous and scout skills based activities, designed to help grow young people both mentally and physically. NISCC is accessible to all youth organisations and we also run a range of events for charitable organisations and corporate team building days. Crawfordsburn is run by two full time members of staff and over 70 voluntary wardens. Both the wardens and staff a responsible for the management, safe running of activities and maintenance of the site and ensuring that our guests get the most out of their visit.
