Creative and Innovative Developmental Organization (CIDO) is a Community Based Organization led Non for Profit Organization (NGO) founded in 2009 and registered under the Social Welfare Societies Act 1961, with the KPK government in 2012. Our members are working with 0.47 million people (447,362 (2017) people with annual population growth rate of 2.52 % . The communities living in high-altitude, glaciated areas and facing economic and climatic disasters challenges through advocacy and development work. The administrative divisions are in 24 UCs of two districts, of KPK Provence (Hindu Kush Himalayan (HKH) region border with Afghanistan District covering an area of 14,850 km² ) in Pakistan. We work with communities in the following key areas;1. Accelerate the eradication of poverty, 2. Reduction of inequalities and exclusion.3. Economic Growth 4. Strengthened community structures for Health, Nutrition, Education and Child protection 5. Climate change and WASH6. Resilience building to Climate Change.We help communities to build parenting skills and strengthened local institutions capacities to forward policy issues, leadership skills, partnering abilities, institutional capabilities and build resilience community to led enterprises in order to sustain humanitarian and development efforts to achieve development goals . We work with the communities for accelerating inclusive growth, better services, environmental sustainability, good governance, and security are fundamental to humanitarian and development progress. We support communities to meet their basic needs. After completion of our 10 successful year in humanitarian and development ground, CIDO is still is on ground to continuing its work to support the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and humanitarian response at community level.
