It lays the foundation of our civilization, encompassing every human initiative and interaction, cultivating perhaps the most profound discipline of all human endeavors. And Story wears many masks ...Through altered states of consciousness –accessed through shamanic practices such as breath alteration, drumming and meditation I enter a trance state while creating.In these states, I allow my mind to work separately from my hand, and allow the painting to tell it's story through me, Often, my drawing sessions are guided by music, as I believe the vibrations have distinct effects on the pineal gland.As a visual and imaginative artist, I work purely on impulse. When I set out to do a piece I let my intuition, subconscious or higher self take over and just allow the creation to flow. My art is a material reflection of my soul, representing my eternal processes of finding, understanding and defining myself. As I am ever evolving so too is my art ever evolving.Photographer, Digital MagicianWhen I find myself exploring and traversing the wild places, armed only with my camera and a curious perspective, time slips away and I see things the way I feel they were always meant to be seen. I capture them. I take them afterward and play with them. I get lost in them. To me it is an intimate process of projecting myself and my perspective onto the world, and the images that I produce as a result now exist as a very personal reflection of myself.
