Crooked River T'ai Chi Ch'uan Center is a small school specializing in, and dedicated to teaching, the art of T'ai Chi Ch'uan to people interested in learning self-defense as well as using the practiced movements for healthful mind-body benefits. Class size is limited to teaching groups no larger than 8 people so that individual attention is available to all students. The school's inviting atmosphere from the reception room to your first steps into the classroom will relax your mind and body as you prepare to learn how to leave the stresses of your day behind. Master Jim Holz is an exquisitely trained instructor with thirty years invested in this popular and fascinating art. A sixth generation disciple of the original Yang style form, Sifu is one of only three people in Ohio to have earned a diploma to teach T'ai Chi Ch'uan. Classes are also taught at businesses within the Cleveland area as part of the school's T'ai Chi at Work program.
