Our lecturers are relaxed, yet professional and our small classes are a mix of hands-on practical classes, cooking demonstrations combined with exciting theory classes.Our dream is to change the lives of young aspiring chefs and assist them to become not only self-sustainable but also successful role-players in the industry.
