Knowing your innate strengths, fully knowing yourself, leads you on a path of discovery and growth.Working in different industries at different levels has given me a unique perspective on business operations and engaging people. Utilizing tools in my own marriage has aided both my husband and myself in understanding not just how we react, but why we react in a particular way. During coaching sessions with individuals, I have experienced people realizing their personal value. I have worked with staff to create understanding of work styles, communication preferences and personal value to build trust which leads to better engagement and productivity.I have been given a real sense of purpose by coaching people to realize their value and helping them to reach their goals.
