Curley's Q was the result of my friends and family for years pushing me to share my authentic BBQ. All of my Q is smoked with hard woods and on old fashioned smoker. This is the real McCoy! All of my local meats are brined and smoked with my signature rub. I never put any sauce on the Q as I feel that the meat should taste great on its own. For those who want to kick it up a notch, I have a Carolina and Texas sauces. All of my creations are made from scratch! Have an event you want catered? Ad a twist with my food truck and I will bring the smoker! I will taylor a menu to your taste and desires. Come by and say hi! I can't wait to MEAT you!
