D V Rao & Associates (D&A) founded by CS Vasudeva Rao Devaki (Founder) in the year 2013, as an integrated service firm focused on corporate laws, registered as a practicing company secretaries firm with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), after having a rich and varied experience close to 17 years in various mid and large scale corporates in India and abroad. D V Rao has immense knowledge and experience in dealing with matters relating to Company Law, Securities Laws, inbound and outbound Investment, Legal Due Diligence, Transaction documents, Joint Ventures, Foreign Collaborations, Technology Transfers, Mergers & Acquisitions, Listings and Capital Market Transactions. Founder has been actively involved in nurturing start-ups, by advising them on capital structuring, stock options, seed and angel round of investments, shareholder agreements etc.Founder holds Bachelors' Degree in Commerce from Nagarjuna University and Bachelors' Degree in Law from Osmania University. He is a Member of the ICSI.Founder is the former Chairman, Hyderabad Chapter of ICSI, and Founder & Director of Vivekananda Institute of Human Excellence (VIHE), Khammam under the aegis of Sri Ramakrishna Math, Hyd. Founder is also a Faculty Member of Hyderabad Chapter of ICSI and Guest faculty of various B Schools in the state. He is a regular speaker at various forums on Corporate Laws. Actively associated with various organizations viz., Indo-American Chamber of Commerce, British Business Group, FAPCCI, TiE, Hyderabad Management Association and National HRD Network.D&A's key offerings also include setting up compliances, approvals from all the government departments including approvals from the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, FIPB, SIA, RBI, DGFT, STPI, approvals for establishment of 100% EOU, approvals for establishment of units in the SEZ, Foreign Exchange Regulations, FDI in Real Estate, Retail, Trading, Non banking finance companies etc.
