Following over 50 years employment in various areas of information technology, systems and management, including 30+ years in public services, I am retired and offering my skills to NFP organisations.My focus is mainly aimed on* helping organisations understand and aligning their investments in appropriate technologies, and * the business process improvements and changes required to maximise the benefit (ROI) and minimize risks.The goal is empowering organisations to 1) improve and make the most of their information assets and technologies, 2) to ensure the appropriate management processes are pursued, aligned with financial, physical assets, intellectual and human resources, in the pursuit of organisation goals.History.I set up this organisation in 1976, in relation to several (not for profit) social and economic development projects I have run. They involved radio programs, organisation of study camps, implementation of information technologies and audio-visual facilities, within Tasmania and overseas.2013 -2018 I managed several projects for an international not-for-profit organisation.I am available for consultations or ICT related project management.
