Based on a large set of glues specialized in every type of gluing, also in synergic action with a special UV source, ©DeskGlueTech enables fast drying through photo polymerization. The guaranteed results are structural gluing, aesthetically impeccable and without bubbles, at competitive production costs. In addition to our glues dedicated to 30 different types of gluing, a large set of equipment make this technology able to solve the majority of gluing problems, as confirmed by all the operators of the channel , guaranteeing high quality in every use. For the preparation and the finishing of the products, ©DGT has developed exclusive equipment, in ongoing evolution, that will further cut production costs in time economic and aesthetic terms. The Training, a structural part of ©DeskGlueTech, comes from 25 years of professional experience; through a technical and immediate tutoring the operators can learn gluing techniques and procedures. ©DGT comes from an idea of Emanuele Lupi who was able , with success, to realize it and study it in every detail. ©DGT GLUES: - SOLVENT for transparent thin thickness, Drying time 5 sec for touch and 3 h for use, High Mechanical Resistance, No tension cracking reations.- UV: Polymer Glues UV Ray manageable and resistant specialized for all boxes gluing, Average drying time : 5-15 min, High Mechanical Resistance, invisible effect, no drop system.- 2PARTS GLUES with High Mechanical Resistance and shortest gluing drying. ©Curing Control reduces shrinking during drying. -ADHESIVE UV GLUES for imprinting UV surfaces.
