I help businesses and organizations improve the interactions between leaders (supervisors, managers, executives) and their people. People deserve good managers and managers need to earn the right to be respected by their people. Long story short, I offer rich training workshop that will lead to greater engagement by leaders and employees. I have found my "why": To influence leaders to model bringing their full humanity to their work so that those they lead will do the same and work without fear to bring their whole selves to their work and lives.These are some "themes" when it comes to my life and work: values sensitivity and vulnerability, values honesty, engagement - bringing people together to accomplish incredible things, engagement - bringing people together for spiritual insights that improve our lives, engagement - bringing people together for laughs and entertainment, I offer affirmation, approval, and acceptance, I foster and value collaboration, good leadership, appreciation, respect, influence, change.
