The Diocese of Iba covers 23 parishes from the province of Zambales and the City of Olongapo. All these parishes and DIEFI schools are entrusted to the Bishop to shepherd and nurture with the cooperation of the Prysbeterium. The Diocese is divided into three vicariates, Northern, Southern and Olongapo Vicariate. The Northern Vicariate is composed of six (6) parishes from the towns of Sta. Cruz down to Botolan. Each town has a parochial school except for Sta. Cruz which has two (2), these are: (1) Sta. Cruz Academy – Sta. Cruz, (2) Columban College – Sta. Cruz, (3) St. Vincent Ferrer Academy – Candelaria, (4) San Andres School of Masinloc – Masinloc, (5) Carmel Academy – Palauig, (6) St. Augustine School – Iba and (7) Sta. Monica Parochial School – Botolan. The Southern Vicariate is composed of eight (8) parishes from the towns of Cabangan to Matain, Subic; this too, has eight (8) catholic schools, these are: (1) Immaculate Conception Academy – Cabangan, (2) St. Columban Montessori School – San Felipe, (3) Magsaysay Memorial College – San Narciso, (4) TR Yangco Educational Institute – San Antonio, (5) St. William's School – San Marcelino, (6) St. Nicholas Academy – Castillejos, (7) St. James School – Subic and (7) St. Anthony's School of Matain – Matain, Subic. The Olongapo Vicariate has nine (9) parishes from Bo. Barretto to Old Cabalan, but there are only four (4) catholic schools in this vicariate, namely: (1) St. Anne Academy – Gordon Heights, (2) Christ the King High School – Sta. Rita, (3) St. Joseph College of Olongapo – East Bajac-Bajac and (4) Columban College, Inc. Olongapo City – New, Asinan. Four (4) of the schools in the diocese offer tertiary education. The parishes are dependent and entrusted to diocesan clergies who most of them are also the directors and or presidents of said catholic schools.
