Besides giving our logo, it gives the list of latest judgments with the ‘Issue'. At the bottom of the List are mentioned those cases which have been read most.Under ‘CBDT' it gives various Notifications etc. issued by the Board from time to time. It also gives various Forms all of which can be downloaded for ready use. Under ‘Advance Search', one has maximum, almost all options, to get to the judgment one needs. Search can be made in various ways - Subject, Name of the Case, DTRJ Citation, Other Citations, Name of the Court/ITAT, Bench, Whether in favor of Revenue or Assessee or both (Partly), Date of Judgment, Section and the Assessment Year. It is under constant improvement and with more comments received from the users it will be made more fast and accessible. We invite from the users Articles and Comments as shown on the bar at the top.The present constitution of the Editorial Board, method to subscribe, contact details and ‘log in' are also shown on the top bar.One of the most important features of our webpage is the Table of cases Reported in a Volume. In an excel sheet, all the 100 cases of a Volume is listed giving all references.
