At DiveIn Network we promote diversity and inclusion.DiveIn Network was set up to bring people together and create a real change in the way we work. It is a community of under-represented and represented people to come together to listen, learn, create opportunities, and collaborate with one another. We believe people from all backgrounds can positively contribute to changes in the world through the varied skills, and knowledge they have, encouraging everyone to embrace the value that they add. DiveIn was formed to bring together all the amazing communities/organisations who are doing great things for their own community e.g. Women, Asian women, Black women, LGBTQ+, Disability and so on. We want to encourage everyone to learn about each other and form collaborations. The whole idea is to "mix" and create ONE big Alleyship community, where we can help create and support a more diverse and inclusive workplace and society.Our mission is to bring people from different under-represented & represented communities and groups together via our events to listen, learn, collaborate, and create opportunities.We want to support in shaping diversity and inclusion in the workplace , and want as many people from as many backgrounds to join us on this mission so that we can make this happen together. Ultimately empower employers and employees to embrace and nurture Diversity and Inclusion in workplaces, and in society.
