DIVINE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION (DCA) is a Non-Profit Organization that was registered on the 06th of August 2019. DCA is a community service and empowerment organization that aims to bring change in different communities. The initial purpose of DCA was to elevate the lives of the youth, empower women, improve and develop our communities. DCA was founded by Ms Retang Sandra Maphothoma who holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Civil Engineering through the Tshwane University of Technology.
