VISIONIn a world of constantly evolving challenges, DOCTORS FOR HUMANKIND envisions the equitable and dynamic service of health promotion initiatives to all women and children, as a matter of basic human rights, and with their full participation. MISSION• To explore the novel and exciting concept of Street Medicine as the window of opportunity for extending sorely needed health care and health education to the homeless and the socially challenged, and as a platform for disaster relief learning.• To drive the 21st century Health For All vision right to the communities through the health promoting settings approach.Aim:The equitable and dynamic service of health promotion initiatives to all women and children, as a matter of basic human rights and with their full participation, through the deployment of sustainable biomedical and social technologiesObjectives:• To promote health by exploring the exciting concept of Street Medicine as the window of opportunity for extending sorely needed health care and health education interventions to the homeless and the socially challenged, and as a platform for disaster relief learning• To promote health by projecting Climate Change as the greatest health challenge of the 21st century• To actively seek out and promote private, governmental and intergovernmental synergies for health promotion through partnership working, participatory collaboration, volunteerism and the dynamic cross-fertilization of ideas.
