Dynamic Line Design is the extension of HeliService and is the premier transmission construction firm for helicopter assisted construction. DLS crews have experience working on a huge variety of complex and unique projects ranging from OPGW-only to 765kV construction. In addition, DLS are experts in construction as well as inspection with unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). DLS has used drones for complex wire stringing operations in congested areas with near impossible access for either bucket trucks or helicopters to perform stringing operations. This experience includes large river crossings with nearby line clearance issues, congested substation projects, lattice towers and detailed inspection of line conditions and construction activities.
