Early Parenting Partners is an interdisciplinary team specializing in pediatric sleep and family wellness consultations. We partner with families to create individualized sleep and parenting plans using evidence based information and a 'whole' family approach. We understand parents inherently want to do what is best for their children and we provide tools to support success. Our telephone-based consultation services allow us to work with families nationwide. Getting to know each family and understanding the changes they are seeking for their family are keys to our success. Each consultation begins with information gathering so the consultant and family have clear goals before speaking on the phone. During a consultation, the family and consultant will work together to create a sleep or parenting plan with specific strategies to be used in the area they are seeking support. In addition to consulting services, Early Parenting Partners presents workshops and offers group classes throughout the greater Boston area. We present a variety of workshops in the areas of our expertise; pediatric sleep, feeding and eating, positive discipline, and potty learning. Some titles include Healthy Sleep Foundations, Baby Sleep Basics, Raising a Healthy Eater and Positive Discipline. Our workshops are interactive and are tailored to each venue we present at. We have presented workshops at childcare centers, parenting groups, child-development enrichment programs and fitness centers. Group classes focus on the mother and her transition into parenthood. Clients benefit from being part of a supportive, warm and nurturing group while gaining information and expertise from an experienced parenting educator. We have proudly partnered with Healthworks Fitness Centers for Women and facilitate classes in their beautiful, state of the art centers. Whether it is through a consultation, workshop or class, Early Parenting Partners' goal is to empower families with tools for success.
