Eastbrook Properties and Management is a family owned and operated Commercial Real Estate and Property Management Company. What started out as a commercial construction company 35 years ago, has grown and blossomed into a beautifully maintained and managed commercial business park. With over 250,000 sq ft of commercial space ranging from office, retail, warehouse, medical and flex space we have the perfect space for almost any company large or small. What makes our properties special is the attention to detail. From the original construction of the buildings, custom tenant finish, and park like settings throughout, Eastbrook Park has been the best kept secret in the Northland. Our owner and founder Bob Campbell has his B.S. in Building Design and Construction, a M.S.Degree in Construction and Quality Control. Since then, he has become a Real Estate Broker with a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation. He has managed and maintained his own commercial properties since the mid 1980's and in 2008 he began expanding and utilizing his skills and expertise to manage other commercial properties around the Northland. In 2013 he brought his daughter Niki Bradshaw on board to expand the marketing and sales part of the business. With her BS in Communications, Missouri Real Estate Salesperson designation and over 10 years of sales and marketing experience, she has been a great addition to the company.
