El Roble Home Care's friendly caregivers and flexible non-medical care programs provide new home care experience that makes the patients and their families smile. We proudly serve for seniors, people with disabilities, and post-operative patients with: * Ambulating and transferring the patient with Gait Belt -- From bed to wheelchair and wheel chair to toilet) with Gait Belt -- Walking and wheelchair assistance * Assistances on Activities of Daily Livings (ADLs), including: -- Bathing, dressing and grooming -- Oral hygiene (e.g. brushing the patient's teeth and dentures) -- Patient's laundry -- Preparing nutritious meals, feeding, and choking prevention -- Restroom and toileting assistance (e.g. cleaning bedpan)* Back rub and massage* Bedsore (Pressure Ulcers) Prevention* Blood pressure measurement* Companionship* Coordinating with the Customer's Medical Team* Customized Exercises, such as: -- Joint-rotation: Shoulders-Elbows-Wrists-Fingers -- Joint-rotation: Hips-Knees-Ankles-Toes -- Physical: Strolling and stretching* Cognitive: Recited reading and playing puzzles that can enhance memory ability.* Fall prevention* Light housekeeping* Medication reminders * Mouth care for an unconscious patient* On-site haircuts* Vital signs measurement* Weight measurementOur patients' needs and safety are our first priority!
